§ 82 Cooperation by the foreigner

(6) Foreigners who own a title of stay after sections 18 or 18a or a EU blue card, need to let the responsible foreign department know, when their working contract, which was the reason for the title of stay, does not consist anymore. This regulation does not count if the foreigner starts working without needing such an allowance, which can only be given after section 39 paragraph 2. It is necessary to let the foreigner know about his needing after sentence 1.
