I contacted the German Embassy in Tunisia to know which Document needed to apply for blue card Germany.
The embassy asked for a work contract!!!!
By the website of the Embassy there is no infirmation about application form for the blue card.
I dont know if anyone here face this problem.
I mean I can not get a job contract while I am not in Germany
