Responsibilities in CSC: -

• Monitoring of various Storage Array’s including the Fabric Switches.
This includes NETAPP, HITACHI, and EMC & HP EVA using internal Monitoring Tool.

Following up with Technical Team & respective Vendor in high severity cases towards appropriate hardware replacement/resolution.


Responsibilities in Wipro Technologies:-

• Provide L2 Support on EMC’s CLARiiON Series in (i.e. CX Series, CX3 Series & AX Series arrays) SAN environment.

• Dial in remotely to the EMC BOXES and monitoring stations for individual storage box and investigate the errors reported by the array.

• Administered layered applications like Mirror View, SAN copy, Snap view Cloning & Snap view Snapshots used for user data backup and migration.

• LUN Management, Monitoring, Storage pooling & Replication, creating RAID groups, storage groups, using Navisphere Manger GUI. Monitor array performance , error logs and troubleshoot problems to enhance availability

• Handling CLARiiON CHAT Process for Customer queries related to Product

• Involves a detailed analysis of Array and Host related problems using CAP, Triage, SPQ, SPLAT, and HEAT tools

• Troubleshooting, Problem Analysis, Performance Analysis and Optimizations

• Handing the shift in Shift Lead’s role. Working on the standard operating procedures for the process to streamline the process. Managing SLA/ SLO

Detailed view of my responsibilities as an ASG Trainer:

? Responsible for conducting tech academy for all the ASGs/L2 who are selected for the Advanced Support Group role.
? Should Liaison with technical auditors & data analytics team and get the inputs in terms of TCGs (Top call generators), Incorrect Documentation, and Incorrect Troubleshooting/Probing etc
? Should be a part of the new hire training team and ensure that ops sessions are conducted and inputs on current process/product issues on the floor are discussed in detail
? Responsible for training the trainers on technical updates, issue resolution techniques and TCGs
? Discuss with the training team to see if the current curriculum matches with the process/product issues on the floor
? Responsible for conducting process/product level training to create awareness and enhance the technical knowledge for them to run the product line very easily
? Responsible for training the Operational Floor ASGs/L2 on NPI and also conduct NPI training sessions for the entire floor. Be present along with the training team if any training is provided by the client on NPI, Process and Product Updates etc
