• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.\r\n
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.\r\n
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs).\r\n
• Conduct Post Implementation Review of IT projects\r\n• Track progress of all IT projects in the Project Office, monitor progress and co-ordinate delivery dates\r\n• Fully support infrastructure and build projects including administration, organization of project meetings and minutes\r\n
• Organize and facilitate closure of project and complete benefit analysis at the end of the project\r\n
• Maintain existing departmental and Project Office policies and procedures\r\n• Continue to update and improve project methodologies\r\n• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)\r\n
• Produce a weekly performance report and monthly Project Status report for senior management\r\n
• Support all Project and Programme Managers with day to day running of project administrative tasks\r\n• Review, collate, maintain and highlight changes to project plan\r\n\r\n
