Experience details

My main job in IlJIN company was to develop an optimized Wheel Bearing Seal design.
I cooperated with my boss to meet the specification of the customer's requirement, as well as measuring the dimension of the tested seal.
When the Bearing goes through several tests including the Mud-Slurry Test, There can be a deformation of the original part and I analyzed the tested part and wrote a report regarding the tested sample.
Additionally, I participated in the conference call with the branch in U.S.A to discover the cause of the Prototype Item which was failed in the Mud-Slurry Tests.
I had translated the Patent Right document so that our company doesn't infringe the patent rights possessed by other global Bearing making companies.
When my main duty changed from those jobs to FEM analysis, I analyzed the Designed Tapered Roller Bearing drawing for Hyundai's A6MF2 transmission using the CAE tool named the Altair Hypermesh and MSC.Marc(Solver).
Among those design tools usage, I specialized in using the FEM tool called the Altair Hypermesh which is a computerized analysis tool that enables engineers have the simulation of the analysis results.
I also used the Solver named the MSC.Marc which is originally developed for analyzing the structure of a Rockets by NASA.
Additionally, I was a mechanic in an army, which I could learn to repair the vehicles as well as managing the vehicle component(PL Parts).
