Academic background:

August - 2014, Master of Science in biochemistry and molecular biology; through a thesis on liver cancer. Several techniques are employed throughout the research including a brief training in Bremen University, Germany in July 2011. I have been training and practicing my research skills in protein and nucleic material detection, as well as micro-RNAs. I have acquired teamwork collaborative manners dealing with colleagues harmonically.

June - 2010, Analytic biochemistry diploma; concerning techniques and investigation methods used to detect pathological anomalies in biological fluids, as well as methods to detect and identify common (to the Egyptian environment and population) pathogenic bacteria, fungi and viruses.

May - 2007, Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry; presenting a command of basic and general aspects of biochemistry involvement in research and industry.

The previous degrees are obtained from the Faculty of Science, Alexandria University, Egypt.


September - 2012 until present. A part-time demonstrator and a junior researcher in molecular therapeutic laboratory, department of biochemistry, Faculty of Science, Alexandria University, Egypt. Demonstrating cancer-induction methods in animal model (Wistar rats) and detection of involved cellular signaling pathways, monitoring disease progression and any improvements based on a potential therapeutic agent.
