1. Customer contact
- Maintain good relationships with customer, support customers at product application related technical issues, keen on potential new projects.
2. Project Management
- For new projects: process customer's RFQ, carry out RLA (Risk Level Assessment), projects presentation to department manager in China.
- Plan and coordinate project related activities according to customer project milestones, have good communication with sub managers from sales, quality, test, production departments and so on, so that all activities of projects would run smoothly.
- Take part in regular meeting at every important milestones of project, in order to report to project management office in headquarter in Germany regarding the project status from aspects of timeline, functionality and profitability.
3. Technical responsibilities
- Prepare for DFMEA and DVP of products according to customer project requirement and update the content regularly with progress of the project
- Conduct technical analysis to ensure compatibility of products in customer engine valve train system, to check for potential and existing problems, or to assist customer in optimization of their valve train layout.
