Personal note /detailed application:

I have been working as a postdoctoral fellow for five years.
I was awarded the PhD degree in 2008 at Academy of Mathematical Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Then I did a two-year postdoc at Institute of Theoretical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. After that I worked as a postdoc at University College Cork, Ireland and at Institut de Mathématiques de Bourgogne, France. Currently I am working at Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, Germany.
I have 10 publications in highly peer reviewed journals and wrote 1 chapter in a research monograph.
I attended 10 international conferences and gave 8 talks in the past five years. I was awarded Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst (DAAD) short-term scholarship for postdoctoral researchers and K.C.Wong Fellowship for postdoctoral researchers.
I am good at numerical simulations for solving partial differential equations by object oriented programming in C++.
