Mein Name ist Sungmin So und ich komme aus Korea.
Ich habe in Korea mein Bachelor-Studium(Chemie) und Master-Studium(Metallurgical engineering) erfolgreich beendet und ungefähr drei Jahre lang in Korea Institude of Ceramic Eng.&Tech. (KICET) gearbeitet, wobei ich wertvolle Erfahrungen sammeln konnte.
Meine Forschungsgebiete, die ich in Korea geforscht habe, waren über Hochtemperatur/Strukturkeramik (AlN, B4C, Al2O3, Y2O3, ZrO2), Thermoelektrische Materialien(C12A7 electraide, Ca3Co4O9). Dabei habe ich verschiedene Sinterkörper unter definierter Atmosphäre(Vakuum, N2, Ar) gesintert, um Sinterverhalten, mechanische Eigenschaften und Mikrostruktur zu studieren. Zu diesem Zweck habe ich Spark Plasma Sintern (SPS) und Hotpress Sintern benutzt. Ich konnte mich mit unten genannten Anlagen bei KICET beschäftigen, um Eigenschaften zu analysieren ; FE-SEM/EDS, XRD, DSC/DTA , Laser-Flash-Anlage, Nanoindenter, Vickers Hardness Tester und instron universal testing machine.
