During my 4 years stay with Nestle' in the position of Production Supervisor then as an Industrial Performance Specialist, I was responsible for the following:

• Leading the factory management in creating the yearly OMP 2013 (Operational Master Plan) and align it with market business needs
• Studying and monitoring lines efficiencies & performances’ trends and use Problem Solving techniques (DMAIC, GSTD, SMED) to eliminate root causes when deviations are observed
• Identifying, analyzing hit KPIs, and eliminating sources of wastes in the factory using special techniques. Ex. LTA (Loss Tree Analysis), IPA (Identify, Prioritize, Assign projects)
• Member in the Focused Improvement (FI) pillar of the TPM concept, that is responsible in identifying losses in the factory and assign attacking projects to eliminate or reduce the losses to achieve the “Zero Loss” target using FI tools
• Leader for two successful projects, focused in eliminating sources of contamination in MAGGI and MILO lines, while saving $33,000/month for MILO processing line
