1.Engagement with Commercial functions for addressing current and future needs. Facilitation of collaboration and communication with all Commercial functions. Evolution of application portfolio with the target to ensure an optimization;
2.Conversion of business requirements into systems requirements, assistance in formulation of scope and objectives for solutions, assessment of cost, time and resources, definition of the priorities;

Activities and responsibilities:
1.Development and implementation of policies, standards, practices, guidelines and tools related to electronic information security, business continuity, and other data protection components. Managing of information risks, to ensure information assets are adequately protected in line with IT related regulatory requirements;
2.Execution of information security controls (verification of standards compliance). Prevention of, and response to information security incidents by ensuring that information security controls are reviewed, and enhanced in order to prevent their re-occurrence;
3.Application and enhancement of information security and information management processes, such as: classification, location, ownership, security and retention/disposal of Company information;
4.Hard copy records management, delivery of awareness & trainings for personnel, due diligence (projects, systems, processes and 3rd party service providers);

1.As the only person who was responsible for information security pan-Russia I was able to carry out the sufficient level of support and delivery of knowledge to all IS functions. As the result the IS KPIs (antimalware protection, timely patching, continuity arrangements etc.) in terms of information protection and data governance reached the desired level of compliance starting the third quarter of 2014.
2.I took the responsibility to carry out the assessment of compliance to “Personal data protection” law requirements (Russian legislation) through the process where I managed to gather, analyze and create a consolidated set of official level documents. This activity by preliminary estimations brought savings to Company in amount of $50K.
3.Through 2014 - 2015 years I was supervising an on-site contractor who was supporting the hard copy record management in Company. As part of continuous improvement, an assessment of a vendor, who stores historical Company’s data, was conducted by my subordinate and under my supervision. As the result, this person was offered to join the Company, I’m working for, on a permanent basis.

1.I was leading the project related to upgrade of automatic palletizing system on the factory. All project deliverables were deployed in time and within approved budget.
2.Participated in 2 large projects:
One had an aim to replace existing set of different manufacturing systems by one new logistic & manufacturing system. I was responsible for shop floor equipment which is involved in gathering and calculation of production parameters. By the end of system roll out I was awarded by Company’s management for my contribution to support this project.
The second project had an aim to bring automation in process of data gathering of a specific part of production. There I was managing vendors, one of them was developing the system for a purpose of automation and a second was responsible for manufacturing, installation and maintenance of engineering part of a project. I moved to another position before the project was completed, nevertheless all my areas of responsibilities were always supported in timely manner and even on new position, I always found required time to assist the project team with my expertise in investigation and risk and impact analysis within a project.

My diploma is recognized in Germany according to information at resource University I graduated at has H+ rate and my specialization is listed there as well.
Thus, after signing a contract I will be able to apply my documents in order to get valid work permit in Germany according to Blue Card requirements.
