Personal note /detailed application:

My first professional experience was when I was studying at Austria and I joined the Joanneum Racing Team, the team works for Automotive Racing projects and it is comprised by several companies tutoring and students mainly. I passed two interviews before they let me be part of the team, due to my experience in similar but smaller automotive projects.
I started getting involved in the design of the Suspension Department and after one month I got the responsibility to design and build the Steering system and its mounting in the cockpit. We had a daily schedule, and weekly meetings with the whole team and chiefs (around 40 people in total). I was the only non-European in the team and I gained their trust on my work after some discussions we had regarding my innovations and ideas for the Steering system of the car. Reduction of weight and higher force support were my main contributions based on my designs.
Before graduating, I already had the job offer to work at Bosch Toluca, in the development department.
I started working in only one project which was already in the last design phase before starting of production. This project was having functionality issues and that is where I started pushing towards being recognized within the project‘s team (including Bosch North America and Bosch Stuttgart colleagues).
I got deeply involved with the testing of new trials as to get rid of the functional issues; by April 2012 I was already leading meetings to discuss my proposals in the design of components and tests, which were usually well taken.
Things were working on a good direction and the first recognition of my good job was in May 2012 when I got the task to be the responsible for a new project which had to start production in December this same year. I got assigned to travel to Germany for 21 days in June 2012 and visit three Bosch locations as to get the know-how from the engineering side and implement it in Bosch Toluca.
My second big merit was in August when some of my proposals helped greatly in the almost elimination of functional issues for my first project, this helped as well to concentrate more in the newer project which as well started having big troubles.
By November 2012 I got the task to visit our customers for this new project in Indiana, US and check for any repercussion for the issues we were expecting when December production started.
The last and biggest merit this year was when production started for this new project in December but with nearly zero failures, due to the investigation and implementation of some component changes I conducted.
During the whole time I have been here I have gained the confidence of my boss and other project leaders. My boss has recognized this, giving me the merits in high responsibilities and as well as providing me the privilege to receive German lessons as to keep improving my language knowledge so I can keep moving forward in my career through this company.
