• Tender specification preparation, bid evaluation Bidder’s offers evaluation, comparative and technical report preparation based on the offers for order finalizing.

• Vendor review engineering and Site Co-Ordination with project/ erection team, Quality checking at the site HVAC works & involving in commissioning activities.

Fire Protection, Detection and Alarm System:

• Designing of active and passive Fire Protection and fire suppression Systems, conforming to Fire Protection Standards like OISD, NFPA, Saudi Aramco and other applicable international standards

• Design of Hydrant system, HVWS, MVWS, Sprinkler system, gaseous fire suppression system Foam system HFO, LDO Fuel oil tank, portable fire extinguishers, Fire detection and Alarm System for various area including fuel gas area, Fire water pump house and pressurizing system equipment.

• Hydraulic calculations and analysis of fire protection systems and fire water distribution networks.

• Preparation of hazardous operability (HAZOP) study by conducting meeting with design personals and arriving conclusion on various extenuation measures.

• Preparation of Design basis Report and technical specifications with equipment data sheets and operation and control philosophy. Coordinating with suppliers & customers, Organize internal & external project meetings, kick off meetings etc.,

• Preparation and submission of technical evaluation report, review engineering and Co-ordination of the project engineering work across all the disciplines including electrical, civil and architectural.

• Organizing co-ordination meeting between system contractor, independent experts and certifying authorities (AHJ).

CW System:

• Preparation of design basis with system P&ID and flow drawing.

• Pump house and Sump design, Buried pipe thickness calculation, pressure drop calculation and pump selection CW pump house layout preparation based on HIS, BHRA, AWWA standards.
